  1. Praise the LORD from the heavens;
    Praise Him in the heights!
    2 Praise Him, all His angels;
    Praise Him, all His hosts!
    3 Praise Him, sun and moon;
    Praise Him, all you stars of light!
    4 Praise Him, you heavens of heavens,
    And you waters above the heavens!
    5 Let them praise the name of the LORD,
    For He commanded and they were created.

  2. Psalm 149:4 “For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He adorns the humble with salvation.”

    Isn’t it amazing to have a God who takes pleasure in His people…in fact, takes so much pleasure in His people, that He made a way to bring us back to Himself. In this is the intimate heart of God…the one who made the universe and all that is in it, the one of infinite power and might, to actually make a way that in no way conflicts with His nature, but rather satisfies His wrath against our sin, and gives us newness of life, a life empowered by His own Spirit, for His own purpose and glory, that He might be glorified in all things, including the salvation of His people, whom He loves, simply because He loves us, and for nothing we bring. Understanding that we have nothing but brokenness and sinfulness to offer, and yet God saves even us…in that we are humbled before our Great God.

    What a Saviour!!

  3. Well said Sean. As it says in this Psalm; let the whole creation praise Him. Psalm 148. May we forever sing praises to our God.

  4. Psalm 148-150 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord”
    Praise him always, in every situation, in the storms of life and always be joyful in our praise and be thankful.

  5. God is to be praised by every facet of creation because we have our being only because of Him. And we should use every means to praise Him, whether it be with our bodies or musical instruments. He has done it all, thought of it all and planned all. Because we don’t know where we would be without Him, it is right that every part of us should praise Him!

  6. I love to walk at night and look up at the stars and reflect upon how beautiful God’s creation is. I see the glory of the Orion constellation and think about the armour of God. How he protects us in times of trouble. Let us praise the Lord everywhere, at every time, in every place, in every season, and with every instrument imaginable!
