  1. One has to wonder just how much God has spared us from. Even for those who have suffered great things can ask where would we be if we didn’t have God on our side. Even for Him to present with us and comforting us can be enough, but then beyond that we can still wonder what He has spared us from. At times His protection is evident. Other times God being for us has to do with the things He never allowed to come our way.

    So we say with the Psalmist…where would we be if the Lord had not been on our side? Far worse than where we are…we can be assured…..
