  1. Following Gods’ standards (righteousness), honesty, hard work and seeing the value of instruction and discipline are all expressed in a positive light with assurance that they all will bring their own reward. Their counterparts will eventually lead to destruction. How important it is to remember this when it might appear that evil people are winning. When that happens, we pray for God to work in the situation to promote His ways and His people (even ourselves) and continue to do what is right, and we will see the assurances of these proverbs come true.

    – Proverbs 12:3

    Brings to mind that we should build our houses on the foundation of Jesus Christ. Anything else is like a house built on sand; blown over in the storm.
