Revelation 15 (NIV)

Seven Angels With Seven Plagues
1 I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues—last, because with them God’s wrath is completed. 2 And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and its image and over the number of its name. They held harps given them by God...........Continue Reading

  1. I spoke with a dear relative yesterday, suffered a sprain and home recuperating. Not saved, as far as I know. On the phone, I closed with a short prayer for healing. I can only trust the Holy Spirit would reveal the need for salvation. Relative is a dear soul, won’t hurt a flea.
Here is my troubling thought. If today we entered tribulation times, and in a few months, all the world would suffer, say the seven seals, over time, where would my dear loved one be with understanding these events? If the beast and false prophet were revealed, including the mark, where again would my loved ones be? Who warns them? I have a hard time thinking some of my relatives shaking the fist at God in anger, willingly taking the mark, refusing to repent. To be honest, I think some relatives, neighbors will reject God, can’t say for sure. Without Christ, these folks, as much as I love them, are doomed. As much as in me is, I am ready to preach the Gospel to those I love, wherever and whenever that may be. They will need Christians to lead the way to Christ during these/those future perilous times. America is already in a death-grip mess. God, Christ, Spirit do not want a single sheep lost at any time, ever! I have been told three things work to lead a soul to Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Scriptures, and the saints. Just thinking out loud, -gy

    1. Good thing they will have the book of Revelation as a reference point as well as our witness, and even though many will not repent in their pride, I believe these judgements will humble many and cause them to turn to God.

  2. Seven bowl judgements Gods wrath on all the earth and the end of the world. I understand that this is not the place for politics. But I just read senator Ed Markey Massachusetts has put forth a bill of $32 million for people suffering mental illness from climate control. If only they would read the love letter from the one who created the world and until he says so, the world will exist. Man cannot control the end of this world. The day has already been set

  3. Now another sign in heaven is given. Seven angels are about to release seven last plagues upon the earth. For God is a holy and just God. These angels are clothed in pure white linen, and their breastplates girded with golden girdles. No one is able to enter the temple until all these plagues are fulfilled. Next chapter is a list of the seven plagues brought about through the seven angels by God`s authority.

  4. Gordon that is certainly a sobering thought to think we will have friends and loved ones who don’t know or reject God and how sad it makes me to think they will succumb to the beast.
The seven last plagues are God’s judgment on a disobedient and contrary world and we wouldn’t wish that on anyone let alone anyone we love and care about. It really sharpens our attention to the importance of sharing the gospel and living a life obedient to God!

  5. Revelation 15 last of the plagues God’s wrath is completed. The bowl judgements are Gods final and complete judgment on the earth.

  6. Serious times are coming for the world in chapter 15, but first are recognized those who did not succumb to the deception of the beast and did take his mark on them. They curiously sing a song of Moses and the Lamb, the old and the new united to the glory of God. He accomplished His plan through both and God deserves all praise and recognition for it. And the temple in heaven is opened and the angels with the last of God’s wrath for the earth come out of it. How deliberate God is in bringing out His wrath, a demonstration of His power and righteousness.

  7. This is one of the first scriptures that I was given to memorize, to focus my mind on worship.

They held harps given them by God and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb:
“Great and marvelous are your deeds,
    Lord God Almighty.
Just and true are your ways,
    King of the nations.
Who will not fear you, Lord,
and bring glory to your name?
    For you alone are holy.
    All nations will come
    and worship before you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.”
