  1. God is not only to be praised and trusted when things are good, but also when things are bad…maybe even more so. He is our protecter, defender, forgiver, savior and justifier. He is willing to hear our cries and come and rescue us. How great it is that our soul can be at rest because He has been good to us. There is no way for us to repay all that God has been and done for us and yet we should allow His goodness to lead us to repentance, obedience and greater trust.

    What a comfort to know that precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. It makes me think of the dear brothers and sisters of LHCC that have gone before us…..How saddened we have been by their loss and yet rejoice that God was looking forward to having them with Him…

  2. What a personal Psalm! I read it like a prayer from my own heart. How much He loves me, cares for me, and my desire to be His servant!
