  1. and yet no matter how far we fall there is always hope! The “Branch of the Lord” the life giving, life transforming power of God that flows from the vine to it’s branches when we abide in Him!

  2. Amidst all the confusion and devastation that will come from God’s judgement on the people, there is also a promise of of His presence and protection. The Branch of the Lord will provide this as well as cleansing on the people. Jesus will be this provision for the Jews as history unfolds and the end comes. Thank God there is always hope that He sets before His people even as He warns them of the discipline their disobedience deserves.

  3. After the judgment of chapter 3, there will be few men left.

    The Branch of the Lord will wash away the filth and blood and those who are left will be called “holy”. The Lord will be a tangible presence.
