1 In that day you will say:

Although you were angry with me,
your anger has turned away
and you have comforted me.

I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense

  1. 2 Surely God is my salvation;
    I will trust and not be afraid.
    The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense
    So awesome to have God as my strength and defense….when He is for you there is nothing to fear!

  2. Fitting that I return to readings and get to read Isaiah 12. Thought for sure it was going to be. Turn from your wicked ways! I am praising the Lord. Morning afternoon and evening. He is restoring me and I will trust and not be afraid. Verse 4. Sounds like the day of the lord. When everyone will know who Jesus is! Shout aloud and sing for joy. Today!!

  3. What a wonderful chapter of praise. After describing all the things Messiah will be and do in culture, relationship and government, it is fitting to have a chapter dedicated to the praise of God’s person and the salvation and provision He makes. Yes, let us make known among the nations what He has done! Let us sing to the Lord for He has done glorious things!
