  1. Again I am struck by God’s detailed instructions and strong urging to His people to follow every detail. This tabernacle also must have been quite a spectacle based on this description.
I also appreciate God’s making sure there was the veil between the Holy and Most Holy place….the veil that He knew would tear one day upon the death of His son.

  2. I imagined God as an interior designer as I read and what ad designer he is. Once agin would like to see what this looked like originally and I am struck by all the detail. Mainly by the cherubim that were to etched into the fabric by a skilled craftsman. The cherubim who surround God’s throne will be a presence in the tabernacle as well. It is also interesting to see that God gave Moses the plans for these things on the mountain. One wonders whether the plan shown Moses were design drawings or an actual picture of it. God certainly knew what He was looking for and had several messages to communicate in the way this tent of meeting would be made.

  3. This certainly required many individuals with skill in artisanship and craftsmanship. It reminds me of the body of Christ and how we really are all essential for the complete functioning of the “temple”.

  4. 33Hang the curtain from the clasps and place the ark of the covenant law behind the curtain. The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place. 34Put the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law in the Most Holy Place. 35Place the table outside the curtain on the north side of the tabernacle and put the lampstand opposite it on the south side.
