  1. Rememberance and justice. This chapter shows the importance of stopping to recognize and remember all God has accomplished in our lives. These feasts all had significance to remember what God had done for His people. They were chances not only to remember but to pass down to the next generations at the same time. Appointing judges to keep impartiality in settling matters, something we do even today. Perhaps not always the best system but we are still honoring God’s desires to try to show mercy and be fair to every person. It is always man that perverts the systems intended to do good but that was never God’s plan.
