  1. Are there any better words than the assurance. My sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me. I give my sheep eternal life. They will never die, and no one will take them out of my hand. My father is the one who gave them to me and he is greater than all. no one can steal my sheep out of his hand. the father and I are one. What a shepherd we follow!!

  2. God knows us and cares for us deeply, but we need to be bold when opportunities come up to testify to Him and declare our faith. If we are not willing to do that, then one might wonder how much we really believe. We don’t need to fear people, but we should have a healthy fear of God. And we have to be careful of the things in the world that try to entice us away from Him and money is one of them. We need to make sure money is not getting a hold of us and we think more of that than God or others. One way to do that is to be generous with what we have. And when we believe in Jesus, sometimes that will cause divisions between us and others….even members of our families. Because the call on all our lives is to repent and first change our faith and then our actions. And we should stop presuming that bad things that happen to us or others is because we or they are evil. What matters is what is in our hearts, not what happens in circumstances. And we have yet another example of Jesus healing on the Sabbath and the Jewish leaders getting bent out of shape about it. It is amazing that they couldn’t see from what He did that He was Who He is.

  3. ”But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.”“
    ‭‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭26‬-‭30‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Jesus’ sheep follow Him and are secure in Him and secure in the Father’s hand.
