  1. 2:12 – 2:18 Jesus talking to the Samaritan woman at the well, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again. But anyone who drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again. The water I give people will be like a spring flowing inside them. It will bring them eternal life”. Nothing better than that!
Jesus is sharing the good news, he says the right time is now, change your hearts and lives and believe the good news!

  2. The woman at the well. Who she was with her sketchy past. And she becomes an incredible evangelist as she immediately believes Jesus as messiah.. if only that’s all it took. Amazed that most in her town come to listen for 2 days and also believe. Are we called to just Bible studies. Prayer and church or once we meet Jesus to tell others. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few

  3. The result of the Samaritan woman telling her people about Jesus being the Messiah many of them believed. May the Lord bless us.

  4. The Samaritan woman does what every believer should do, to see the benefit and revelation that we see in Jesus and share it with others. May those who know us also say that we believed first because of what you told us, but now we have seen for ourselves. Evangelism doesn’t take training or even experience just conviction and courage. And Jesus reputation is growing and even those who knew Him better are understanding who He is.

  5. I find it amazing that people who were not Jews were more open to the belief that Jesus is Lord. Here the Samaritan woman, who is clearly a sinner, witnesses to her people (who the Jews despise) and they in turn become believers. I love how God takes the lowliest person and lifts them up to the highest place they could attain here on earth – having the gift of salvation and eternal life and having the ability to share it with others.

  6. The excitement for Jesus the Samaritan woman had overflowed from her to the point that she was compelled to share about him! God I pray that I might be filled with that excitement about who You are and all You have done for me that I MUST share about You with everyone I meet!

  7. “My food is to do what the one who sent me wants me to do. My food is to finish the work that he gave me to do.”

    More food analogies.

Jesus is the great equalizer. He came and did all the work. He sends us out with the message of His work of payment. Some plant, some harvest, we all profit. This is not skilled labor, it is responding to God’s message and telling others what He has done for you.
