The Women of Hope Ministry

We aim to encourage the love and knowledge of God and His Son, Jesus Christ, through the study and application of Scripture so that we can….

  • Live a life pleasing to God
  • Become mature in our faith
  • Grow in unity and love for one another in order that His church will be built up and God will be glorified
  • Share the Good News of the Gospel

Our Ministry Programs:

Spring, Fall and Ongoing Bible Studies

Our Spring and Fall Studies are 6-8 week studies facilitated by a ministry leader through a book of the Bible or other topical Bible study materials. We also have an ongoing Bible study facilitated by Amy Brock that meets in Gail McD’s home.

We grow as believers as each one shares their insight and testimony of God’s work in their lives through His Word. Please join us!

One-on-One Mentoring

Our mentoring programs are facilitated by a ministry leader or trained mentor. Sign up to meet with a mentor and grow in your personal walk with Christ as you share in God’s Word with a mentor. Please contact Bea Seavey if you are interested in meeting with a mentor.

Connections

Our desire is to see the women of our church reaching out to one another in friendship and ministry. As our church body grows, to facilitate these connections, we are encouraging women of Living Hope to participate in our “Mug and Muffin” program, where individuals invite others in the congregation to meet together. We also invite others in the congregation to meet together. We also invite you to join our private Facebook Page, where we host a weekly Bible posting. We also encourage each other’s faith, share our burdens, and pray for each other’s requests. To be added to the Women of Hope private Facebook Page, please friend “Amy Chesser Brock” on Facebook and ask to be added.

Spring Women’s Retreat

A special weekend gathering promoting fellowship, sharing. worship, prayer, teaching and fun! We encourage every woman at Living Hope to attend our annual retreat, held in May of every year. You can use your gifts and talents to help facilitate this wonderful event for your sisters in Christ, or just attend and see how God uses the weekend in your spiritual walk! If you would like to help at the retreat by: being a greeter, being part of the hospitality team, giving a testimony, sharing your musical talent, teaching a hobby or craft, or praying for attendees and coordinators, please contact Renee Olsen.
