Fountain of Youth
Living Hope Christian Church has a dynamic Teen Ministry called Fountain of Youth, serving middle and high school students with a wide range of fellowship, evangelistic, and discipleship activities designed to bring teens together to encourage and challenge one another.
Are we being salt and light in the world, or are we leading people to believe that Jesus was a mere man with no power to change lives here and eternally? Why do we claim that there is only one way to God, and His name is Jesus? Why do we believe that a collection of 66 books written over thousands of years, and completed over 2000 years ago, has any relevance in 2010? What’s the big deal about being a Christian, when there are really nice and moral people of other faiths?
Join Michelle Quillin and the teens of Living Hope Christian Church for fun and challenging discussions about what it means to be a follower of Christ in a culture that sees Christianity as just one more religion, or worse, as a religion of hatred, narrow-mindedness, and intolerance.
Come out every Wednesday evening, 7:00-8:30 pm to talk about the answers to these questions and much more. Parents are always welcome to stick around and listen in, or attend the adult Bible study taking place at the same time, led by Pastor Peter! Be sure to check the FoY Events and Activities page regularly for updates, and read our Fountain of Youth recaps from each week!
